Terms of Use

Effective October 15, 2026. FetchBuddy is run by Delithius Labs LLC.

What FetchBuddy is

FetchBuddy connects neighbors who post errands with neighborhood runners who accept them. FetchBuddy is in early access and opens town by town, starting in Goldsboro, North Carolina.

How an errand works in early access

You describe your errand, set your budget, and choose a time window. A real person at FetchBuddy confirms every errand and reaches you at the phone or email you share. Posting an errand starts that conversation, and the details are confirmed with you directly.

Runners

Runners are neighbors who choose the errands that fit their route and hours. FetchBuddy’s promise to runners is that costs are covered first, our small fee is shown before you confirm, and the runner keeps the rest, more than any other runner app.

Your part

Share accurate details, choose errands that are lawful, and treat your neighbors with respect. FetchBuddy may pause an errand or a runner profile when safety or accuracy calls for it, and a real person will reach out to you about it.

Your information

The Privacy Policy explains what you share and how it is kept.
