Privacy Policy

Effective October 7, 2026. FetchBuddy is run by Delithius Labs LLC.

What you share with us

FetchBuddy collects just what you type into its two forms:

Post an errand: what you would like fetched, your budget, when you would like it done, and how to reach you (phone or email).
Become a runner: your name, how to reach you, and when you are available.

You can browse the site and the app without creating an account and without sharing anything.

How we use it

We use your details to match your errand with a neighborhood runner, to reach you about that errand or about runner onboarding, and to keep FetchBuddy running well. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is kept

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in a private Amazon Web Services storage account controlled by Delithius Labs LLC. The FetchBuddy team alone can read them.

Who else sees it

When you post an errand, the runner matched to it receives the details required to complete it. Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) stores the data on our behalf. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your device's IP address when the font is loaded. FetchBuddy uses no advertising or analytics trackers.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep submissions just as long as they help us serve your errand or your runner profile. Email admin@delithiuslabs.com any time to see, correct, or delete what you shared, and we will take care of it.

Children

FetchBuddy is built for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date. Questions are welcome at admin@delithiuslabs.com.
